At LØCI, we are committed to sustainable fashion and want you to be completely satisfied with your vegan footwear. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn sneakers back in their original recycled box and ensure all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated courier point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
